Sometimes we all come in a moment in our lives when we walk against the wall or
a big challenge.

Challenges are everywhere most of the time we solve them and we move on but some might not go away or come back to us. We start to wonder why we deserve it or you start to ask
yourself what you did wrong  why keeps it coming back to me and how can I solve this ?

Well let's be honest that it is all about inner peace without inner peace we fall in a black hole and it might take some time to get out of it. So relax and let all of the situation go accept it and say
Hello to it the more calm you are the more you can accept what is happening and eventually when you do this more often with more things in life you can see why this is happening to

All we do on earth is a process it comes an goes no matter what we do all choices we make are important for our inner growth but also  in the end we all become what we are meant to be
not matter how.

It is already time for the full moon of this month and at the same time we have a lunar eclipse.

With this theme to look at abundance and your destiny what we attract in a good or in a bad way
all controlled by our thoughts.
Also it is during this moon important to look what you have already done and to see that you can
be proud of yourself ( something we forget to do being proud of what we already accomplished  )
but also to put a mirror in front of us what came back to us and what did we learn form it.

Some pieces of the puzzle in your life can be solves and new emotions and thoughts can come
your way, and you will feel a boost of creativity.

The lunar eclipse is fort his month a sign for us too look also at our shadow side and to solve the things our shadow side did unconscious we don't have to know what it was but going into
mediation for example can help to solve it.
For the coming last months of 2017 ( august - december) you can clean yourself from what you did the first months of 2017 this is important because the last half year will be much different that the first half year.

Try to stay close to yourself this month you might feel tired and fights or irritations can be around the corner so take care this full moon.

Lately there are many different energies going on and many people are sensitive for
those energies.
This is because of new energy waves coming to earth for the last couple of weeks which are important for the growth of humans and earth.
So it is important to protect yourself against negative vibes, and it can also be possible you should say more no to keep your own energy so you won't feel drained by others.

It is a good period to start new projects and new things also new beginnings can start during these weeks/ months.

How do you know if you are sensitive for those energies ? well of course it is different for everyone but these are the most common :

- Feeling down or depressed don't worry it is your own higher self saying to you it is time to focus on something else.

- You can handle problems from those close around you less better than you used to.

- Headace

- Feeling tired  the last couple of weeks without explanation

- Thinking a lot about life

Remember that sometimes these issues can be something else so if some of these issues don't go away for a longer time the best you can do at that point is to go to a doctor.

Relax. You are enough. You do enough. Breathe extra deep, let go, and just live right now in the moment.

When you give enough attention to many things you already have, you can wonder if it is
enough or not.
Life is also about satisfying yourself and if you want to change one thing into another thing you actually can, when you have a wish there is a way and that is with everything in life.

Think about what you want to change and how you want to change, making changes is also making
priorities otherwise you don't know what kind of thing you need to do
and with the effect you cal feel stuck or you feel you doing something wrong but you don't actually  really know what.

Once you know how to do it it is time to make steps towards it and release fear or doubt, it is normal to have those feelings so let it get through you accept it because it is also a part of you try to relax and when you feel you can get further you can trust your inner feelings which are always right.

Expecting that you always receive the best is not a thing we are used to keep that in mind,
yes we do have lines when people or situations are going to far.

But when do we receive the best, actually, there is on this point no when it is actually a matter of now, you want to experience the best right now without any negative vibrations/ thoughts or feelings
which can hold you back from receiving the best of the universe.

There are a few points to remember:

1.  Is that you know there is always someone or something to take care of you. If you feel alone and you are not sure if it is true you must know that focusing on the good is another way to find out there is always something or someone who really wants to.

2.  Be happy and those who love you will be happy too

3. Keep receiving and giving in balance. When this is out of balance you are out of balance. Grounding is a good way it makes you more aware of thoughts and keeps both feet on the ground so you can easily do this with some practice if you are having difficulties with it.

This Friday the 9th of June we can prepare for the full moon again.  And where we took steps towards our desires it is now time to separate the head themes, by head themes I mean what is the
first thing you want to do and what next ( priorities )  so as I can say
it can be usefull to make a priority list.

The moon is this month in the zodiac sign Sagittarius which is making our energy cheerful, optimistic and idealism. But be aware that you can have moments you are not focused or maybe even
confused keep your head up and focus on what makes you happy don't put the focus this month on what is not important to you.
You can feel a lack of energy because some things don't come as quick as you thought they would come, so don't lose faith in the universe this moon is perfect to put the focus on your head target(s)

During the coming weeks there is a big chance there will come many things towards you positive and negative ( remember it is all for spiritual growth and it will always fade away ) and it can actually
be too many and the chance is huge you will lose control over yourself and start to give energy
towards others, try to stay close to yourself this is especially now good to do so it will
make drama or jealousy much lighter and you can handle everything that is coming much better  when you stay true to who you are.

We humans are creators we feel and know that deep down within us.
Negative thoughts can be created too and still that is something we need to be aware of more, still not always things are turning out like the negative thought but the feeling/emotion is circling
around us and can end up in other things that are not nice.
We doubt ourselves too much about so many things like work or family or other important things in human life.
But we must know that even though it doesn't feel like it, that every time we do something there is someone or some higher power that is appreciating us.

HSP are super creators and the creativity and emotionality they have will always work perfectly to manifest quicker. They need to cut cords with Archangel Micheal often or need to clean themselves

Shield yourself with a color you like to protect yourself from harm. Harming energies from other can also manipulate us even if it is not in a harmful way like their sadness is also affecting you to
say an example. So make sure your own emotions are yours and don't make the emotions of othersyours. Of course we all want to help someone but we need to stay true to our own system it is also important to protect that too.

Stay positive and be good to yourself.:
