It is good to make our own plans, so we can edjucate ourselfs in life and become self aware.
This way we learn to listen more to our intuition, so we can handle the way we feel, even if you work under a boss it is always good to make your own plans by working this way other people can learn even if they don't like it don't blame yourself remeber this way you become stronger so  this can lead to selfconfidence.
