What if life becomes challeging and thare is no way out of it. Then we feel like we are trapped or we feel sad trying to hard and forcing things will not work. Ofcourse there are things you can do about that but not so much.

My experience with this kind of things is that I indeed start to force things the way I want it to be not caring what other people say about it. But then there was a moment I learnd to control some things in life. I started to change my thouhgts.
The moment things in my life were becoming verry hard I first started to lose control of my emotions I just let the out in the world that is the only way to do at first otherwise you can have the feelings again and again just let them out. Then when you calmed down a little bit you relax take slowly and deep breaths do this for a little while. Once you did that stard to change thoughts, like I don't like the way this is happening to me you can change it yoou can think why is this happening to me once you feel you know think again about what you can learn from it.

This lively people is maybey not a easy way to do so but it is the thing you can do best ofcourse energy work helps also but sometimes things come back in your life beacause of the lesson you need to learn. Once you konw what the lesson is you will see the situation will go away.
