Water. Water heals the body of toxic energies and makes you feel better so drink enough water.

When you put a few crystals in water  ( not all crystals can be in water ) healing will
be much quicker. Also Bachblossom in water can help with emotional problems and feelings
one of my favorites is the Rock rose for fear and grounding I have always one in the house
for when I feel down or feeling not grounded at all.
Alos this card can be a sign that ou have a connection with water or that you need
to spend more time near water to clean the energy field like going to the beach or a lake.
