Going through a rough time is what we all do, during those kind of moments questions like :
- What can I change ?
- How can I change in the way I want to and works out for me ?
- What if I don't have the courage to make the changes ?
These are the most common questions popping up in our mind for some of us it is scary. Well
it sounds crazy but if something doesn't work at all is holding it in making it en more a mess
inside you and things like a depression are just around the corner.
Yes let it out and feel it, the feeling is yours not from someone else it is just simply how you feel
so show it ( of course in a good way not aggressive )
Once the feeling is out out might feel better about the situation and can handle it better than you did first.
Hard times are forming you as you are but are also meaningful. you get know your friends/ family even better than you did before. What I mean is if you go through hard times some people you thought you knew are going away and leaving you alone with the issue, don't blame yourself you
don't do anything wrong and people like that are not worth it to put energy in, focus
on those who stay. Forgive the ones who walk away it is a circle of life maybe they have a reason for doing so, but like I said it shouldn't bother you.
It feels like ages and ages and the longer it takes to go away the more we start to think it will never go away.
First of all it does go away but even hard times are life lessons and the universe is well I think it is best to say that the universe doesn't care about time at all because time is human made. So yes it is all going to be alright, but it all is how you feel and what you have learned already.
Being afraid isn't working is slows down the process so smile and look in those hard times to what was funny and joyful this really helps.
Ask for help. Oh the struggle tell me about it I've been there a lot I'm also a person who thinks the best thing to do is to solve her own problems and keep hitting wall after wall, still I find it really
awkward to ask help from others. But maybe this is a lesson too for me and maybe for you to if you have the same thing as me. But if you are in a hard situation asking help is not something to be ashamed about it.
