Reflecting back on our days not something we do often or we try to forget the day and move on.
Understandable of course we need always to move on. But is a way it do can help
why ?
By doing this we can put out a few lessons small ones or big ones ad write them down, so we know
what we can do better for the next time, turning it into a positive way.
Each day lessons come not only by the work we do but also by the way we feel. Was it really helpful for me to feel such anger/fear and vice-versa.
Anger is always inside our head but it is alright to be anger from time to time but to walk with it continuously is not good for you it is draining and life will not be lived to the full. We can always ask for help but anger is an emotion higher beings such like angels don't understand really that well but I'm sure they want to know so they can help us better.
If you want to talk of focus to get help to control such things it is useful to focus on the
Acended Masters, they were once human too and know what those feelings are, yes they indeed are ascended but I think it doesn't mean they had a long and hard journey to reach such a level it is hard work to do so.
One way they mabey did this is by reflecting and focusing by what they did and felt and at the same time turning it in love and light.
Basically every ascended master can be called for help in this issue, but what I think is a really good person to start with is El- Moraya.
He is an ascended master who can help by grounding and finding balance inside us. For finding love we can ask for Yogananda to see the love in every situation.
Only by asking them to come to us and help by the issue the already help you but only if you are
open for the help they give.
Each one of us has their own ascended master they like to work with often or feel good for them,
all of them is perfect but is is just to give a simple indication ;)
We can do too, by like I said reflecting on our days and by taking time of silence, It doesn't have to be in a room where it is quiet but also when you are in the bathroom having a shower or bath can help too. Moments of silence are important to recharge our body and mind.
