Remaining your own friend: yes not an easy part and I wonder why are we making
it so difficult. 

First of all accepting life just the way it looks is a start you might say but when life is hard 
or you are in a hard situation, accepting life is not on the list how to stay positive. 
Counting what do I have already ? is a start. I do this quite often mostly if I want something 
but it takes a long time when it comes, looking on what I have can indeed help, well sometimes it is even better than the thing I want once I figured out I already have it but in another form. 

What gives you a good feeling and what is your line. First cross a line with 'priorities' for example
priorities help for a good feeling  so these two are bonded together when it comes to this. But can also be scary for people to put a mirror in front of themselves because they know it can be really 
confronting for them. The point is it is better if you do it yourself first and then let it do by others 
of you want to ask people what you can do better. Reflect yourself in a positive and good way 
avoid mistakes you have made. Yes you have made a mistake and it was mabey even 
terrible but what can you do unfortunately time traveling is not an option for now ;) so 
reflect positive on the mistake and what you learned from the mistake.  

Just do what you have to do and do one task at one time it helps against stress. I also say this out of experience I have the urge to do two things at the same time and trust me it still doesn't work. Know what to expect ( or know what can come ) the next day it can help a little to let go so work an home 
are separate. 

And most important of all make your dreams come true.
