Meditation helps to seek the answers you seek.
For everything is an answer wich always is already within us, it is not always necessary to meditate, an feeling of doubt is sometimes already a sign of the body and mind it is not the answer.
Meditation is an easy thing to do more and more people start to meditate. Closing your eyes and just breathe and let go of all different kind of thoughts it is good to meditate as much you need. Sometimes you see or feel something inside you but sometimes not wich is also good, not feeling/seeing doesn't mean nothing happend. Always an door opens when we are silent and rest it is a primary thing in life also we need silence and rest to get our power back to move on. I hope and wish you all have a great weekend.
