During the day we get a lot of energy in our system, but also a big part of the energy comes in the hand chakra's. One of the biggest reasons is because of the sensitive way the hands are.
Just like with the feet we can release energy with the hand chakras. Hands full of energy can have the same effect when you are not good grounded with your feet but then in a cosmic way, you have more earth energy than cosmic energy wich flows through the hands. Actually you make a connection with the cosmos in another way than the crow chakra both are good. When we touch something in rhe supermarket or from someone else the energy from other people comes in the chakra. For me it works to do this form time to time it is not something you do every day but it can help. It depends from person to person how many times to do this.

Step one :Close your eye's and visualize big flowers in your hands that open and let the energy go out of the hands that doesn't belong there ( visualize the not belonging energy in a colour you dislike ) and let it go up straight to the universe. Do this until you have the feeling it is enough.

Step two : Open the crown chakra and let a beautiful colour straight from the cosmos go straight from the crown to the hands where it fills with cosmic energy. Do this until you feel it is enough.

Step 3 : let the flowers presenting your hand chakas take a position wich is good for you ( more open or closed)

Step 4 : let the cosmoc energy go back to the cosmos and do the same what you did with the hand chakras but now with the crown chakra.

Another way is to clean the arms this way but then you let the bad energy go straight to the cosmos ( from the arms though the crown ) if you have difficulties with the hand chakras.
